С помощью технической поддержки КНСВ Кей Джи впервые в медицинском центре Бугандо, Танзания, были сделаны три запуска целевого секвенирования нового поколения ONT MinION на образцах больных туберкулёзом легких.

В рамках тренинга были подготовлены рабочие места для проведения тестирования, обеспечены необходимые условия, проведено обучение персонала, в ходе которого продемонстрирован процесс подготовки образцов и выполнения процедур секвенирования.⠀
Теперь специалисты центра Бугандо в Танзании освоили основные этапы целевого секвенирования и получили практический опыт работы с оборудованием секвенатором нового поколения ONT MinION. По каждому запуску были получены качественные данные, которые использовались для обучения сотрудников анализу результатов.⠀
Специалисты продемонстрировали инструмент для анализа данных секвенирования, объяснили интерпретацию результатов и показали методы оценки качества экспериментов._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

With the technical support of KNСV KG, three runs of targeted next-generation sequencing ONT MinION were performed for the first time in the Bugando medical center, Tanzania, on samples from patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.

🔹 As part of the training, work places were prepared for testing, the necessary conditions were provided, and personnel were trained, during which the process of sample preparation and sequencing procedures were demonstrated.

🔹 Now, specialists from the Bugando center in Tanzania have mastered the main stages of targeted sequencing and gained practical experience working with the ONT MinION next-generation sequencer equipment. High-quality data were obtained for each run, which were used to train employees in analyzing the results.

🔹 Specialists demonstrated a tool for analyzing sequencing data, explained the interpretation of results, and showed methods for assessing the quality of experiments.
